The approach

One body at a time. Yours.

01 — Assess

Functional assessment

Before anything else, Laura reads how you stand, walk, bend and breathe. She listens to your history — the old injuries, the desk hours, the pain you’ve learned to live with — and finds the patterns underneath it.

02 — Restore

Posture & pain therapy

Targeted, therapeutic movement releases what the assessment revealed — easing pain, correcting posture and rebuilding the foundation your strength will stand on.

03 — Strengthen

Private pilates & training

One-on-one sessions in your own home, progressing at your pace. You re-stack, vertebra by vertebra, into a taller, stronger you — and a practice you’ll look forward to.

About Laura

Undivided attentionis the method.

Laura Fine is a personal trainer and pilates teacher who works exclusively one-on-one, in her clients’ homes. Her practice sits at the intersection of fitness and therapy: functional assessment, posture correction and pain reduction, woven into pilates and strength work tailored to each body she meets.
“WhenLauraisworkingwithyou,youfeelliketheonlypersonintheworld.”
That presence isn’t a nicety — it’s how she works. Every cue, every adjustment, every progression is a response to what your body is telling her in that moment. Clients come to Laura to get out of pain, to undo years of sitting, or simply to feel strong again — and they stay because the work is precise, personal and kind.
She brings the session to you: your living room, your schedule, your goals. No commute, no crowds, no being one of twenty in a room.

Client voices

In their words

After years of back pain, I’d accepted it as permanent. Laura saw in one assessment what no one else had — and within months, it was gone.

She arrives, and for that hour nothing else exists. It’s the most focused, personal training I’ve ever experienced.

I sit at a desk ten hours a day. Laura is the reason I stand straight, sleep well and actually feel strong.

Questions, answered

Your first session is a functional assessment. Laura looks at your posture, movement patterns and mobility, and talks through your history and goals. From there, she designs a plan specific to your body — and you’ll begin moving in that very first visit.
